Care policies, in plain language.

We believe families deserve to know exactly how care works before it begins. These policies keep schedules consistent and caregivers reliably available.

Weekly billing

All services are billed weekly, in advance.
Invoices are issued every Monday for the upcoming week of care.
Payment is required before care begins for that week.
Care is reserved in advance based on caregiver capacity.
At enrollment, clients pay the first week of care plus a one-week reservation deposit.

Pause policy

Clients may temporarily pause care.
Pause requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle.
Approved pauses are charged at 50% of the weekly rate.
No care is provided during a paused week.
Maximum pause length is 14 days.
This ensures your caregiver's time stays reserved for you.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel care with written notice.
If a minimum term was selected (such as 3 months), an early termination fee may apply.
The current week of care, once invoiced, remains payable in full.

Reservation deposit

A one-week reservation deposit is collected at enrollment.
It holds caregiver availability for your weekly schedule.
It is applied to your final week of care upon proper notice of cancellation.

No refunds

All payments are non-refundable.
Weekly invoices, reservation deposits, and pause fees are not refundable once paid.
Unused visits within a paid week do not roll over and are not refunded or credited.
If a caregiver is unable to attend a scheduled visit, we will reschedule the visit within the same week whenever possible, or credit the missed visit to the following week.
This policy keeps caregiver schedules reserved and protected for every client.
