    Call or request a consultation

    Tell us about the person needing care, their daily routine, and the level of support you're looking for.

  2. Step 2

    Choose a care plan

    Together we'll match you to Companion Care or Comprehensive Support and confirm a weekly schedule that fits your life.

  3. Step 3

    Pay weekly in advance via invoice

    At enrollment you'll pay the first week of care plus a one-week reservation deposit. Invoices arrive every Monday after that.

  4. Step 4

    Care begins on your scheduled start date

    Your caregiver arrives at the agreed time block — same person, same day, every week.

  5. Step 5

    Weekly billing continues automatically

    Care is reserved week-to-week. You can pause or adjust your plan with notice before the next billing cycle.

What to expect on Monday.

Every Monday we issue the invoice for the upcoming week's reserved care. Payment is required before care begins for that week. This is how we hold caregiver availability and keep your schedule consistent.

At enrollment, you pay:

The reservation deposit holds your caregiver's time and can be applied to your final week or refunded per your enrollment agreement.
